Associate, Self-Assessment and Compliance Assurance

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular self-assessment and compliance testing on different functions, prepare assessment and testing reports for management review
  • Support Team Head to make recommendations to improve internal control environments
  • Work closely with Head Office Internal Audit in Branch’s self-assessment work
  • Support other ad-hoc task and project of the Team

Ideal candidates are expected to possess:

  • Degree holder in accounting and finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years solid auditing experience in bank audit, compliance assurance or quality assurance work
  • Holder of ECF-Compliance certification an advantage
  • Knowledge in Banking Ordinance, HKMA, SFC regulations and guidelines
  • Independent, self-motivated and be able to deal with different functions
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, organized and attentive to details
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
